NEST brings together a team of specialist multidisciplinary clinicians, including Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Positive Behaviour Analysts.

    Consultation, EHCP assessment support, direct clinical work, and formulation-led thinking for young people with complex SEMH and neurodevelopmental needs.

    Whether supporting a young person in foster care, residential placements, or an adult with a learning disability, our team works flexibly and collaboratively.

Speech and Language therapy

Assessment and support relating to communication, interaction and speech and language needs, helping the people around an individual understand and respond to their communication profile.

Consultation and formulation

Helping families, teams and professionals develop a shared understanding of an individual's presentation and what may be maintaining their difficulties.

Reflective practice and staff support

Creating space for teams to think about the people they support, relationships, emotional responses and the wider systems in which care takes place.

Training and development

Practical clinical training designed to strengthen understanding and confidence within the teams supporting individuals.
